”This property was amazingly beautiful. Very friendly greeting from the Hostess, very clean and the grounds had several nice areas to sit and relax. It’s about 8 minutes from Dahlonega which is very convenient. If you’re looking for a nice place to unwind and be surrounded by flowers, trees and a beautiful view of the mountains this is it.”

”Room was very roomy, clean and modern. AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety….pancakes made fresh, warm cinnamon rolls, biscuits with gravy, cereals, yogurt, muffins, sausage, bacon, egg white omelette/vegetables, seasoned potatoes and more. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location to shopping and restaurants.”

”The hotel is in a great location in Dahlonega, and has historic character. Don’t expect it will be fancy. It has all that is needed for basics, in the great location.”

”The bedding looked like it wasn't very clean and ended up sleeping on a sheet in blanket of my own. Upon leaving the elevator on the floor of my assigned room, there was a heavy scent of marijuana in the hallways.”

”I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken.”

”The room was very clean and staff was welcoming. The breakfast was great and the kids loved it overall. My only con was that we were on spring break and the pool wasn't even open. The kids were disappointed about that. But would definitely stay again.”

”Initial impression on arrival was not great. However once we got to our room and into our stay we were greatly satisfied. This is an older building and while it is very clean, it is somewhat dated. The elevator has a musty smell but our room was nice and clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was good even though they served exactly the same things all 4 days we were there. A little variety in the hot items would have been nice. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and...

”The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were fantastic, and our stay in the Grand Royal Suite exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the hand-holding trail—it gave us a unique opportunity to connect and enjoy quality time together while sharing an activity. One thing to note is that there are no windows throughout the room, which adds to its private and secluded atmosphere. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back!”
