”We loved staying at The Hacienda. It is a beautiful property close to everything in New Port Richey. Our room was spotless! Not one speck of dust or random hair in the bathroom (y’all know what I’m talking about!). This was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Shout out to Madison our housekeeper for doing an excellent job and for finding my water bottle that I left behind (my kids gave it to me for Mother’s Day). ”The staff during our entire stay were helpful, professional and kind. The property was well maintained and the staff cleaning our room each day did an exceptional job. My only complaint is that the area around the pool near the chairs was at times filthy. There were numerous cigarette butts that were on the ground in the same place for our entire stay. That would not deter us from coming back to the property again. We love Holiday Inn and Suites Clearwater.”
