”The hotel itself is in a perfect location, and the common areas are great. The renovation looks good Just a few things about the room: 1)one of the lights didn't turn on 2) we couldn't figure out the TV remotes, prob most confusing ones ever lol. But that might be more of a user error on our part. 3) showerhead was not working properly. Ruben really tried his best and improved it but, that shower needs a new piece. 4) I had requested hypoallergenic pillows in my reservation, and both beds had...

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”
