The hard "cant check in until 4" because there isnt a human manning the front desk, is pretty lame. (Its all automated via email/text). It also sucks cause you cant ask for a specific room type, like ground floor or something close to the stairs (lugging all my gear in from my truck)
Wasnt clear instructions that the door is an electronic keypad. So when i got to the door and touched the keypad like 5 times and it didnt turn on, i didnt know what to do next, especially since nobody at the front desk. Lucky for me, i found a lady, who i later found out was a maid there, and she showed me how to use the key pad correctly. (Very nice lady btw)
No carpet on the floor which isnt a big deal until your tracking snow in from outside and 30 mins later, you have tiny puddles all over the floor (not fun with barefeet or socks on walking around the room)
You get what you pay for 100% at this place.
