When you open the red door & step into this split-level home, you’ll know you made an excellent choice! The upstairs open concept great room has custom stone details built into the kitchen island & the warm gas fireplace in the living area. You won’t be able to resist sinking into the sectional for a movie on the 60” flat screen.

The kitchen is equipped w/ all of the appliances, utensils, pots & pans you’ll need to cook quality meals at home. The 4-burner gas cooktop built into the island faces the living room--you’ll never have to choose between cooking & socializing. The dining table is steps away near the bay window w/ seating for 8. A glass slider to the balcony is right off the kitchen.

The downstairs bonus family room is an excellent hang out w/ a foosball table, stone-surrounded gas fireplace & glass slider to the hot tub terrace, which overlooks the spacious, fully-fenced, landscaped backyard w/ a hammock & outdoor seating for 4.

When the day is done, unwind in the primary suite’s jetted tub beneath the dual-sided gas fireplace. End your day curled up in the cozy king bed, watching a movie on the 50” TV or soaking up the peace and quiet of the Sierras as you doze off.

BR 2 downstairs has a comfy queen bed. BR 3 downstairs has 2 twin beds & an adjustable height desk & ergonomic chair for working/learning from home. The downstairs BA has a shower tub/combo.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
