The first bedroom features a king-sized bed and the second bedroom includes 2 twin-sized beds. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. The shared bathroom is complete with a large, tiled shower and single sink vanity. The open living area features another large Smart TV, modern and comfortable seating, and board games for winding down in the evenings. The kitchen features butcherblock countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and windows showcasing the magnificent views. The outdoor space at Summit Retreat is what sets this property apart. The large, covered deck is complete with a large table and comfortable seating, so guests can sip their morning coffee, relax after a day of local adventures, or enjoy the spectacular sunset views while dining al fresco on a meal prepared on the provided gas grill. Additionally, the homeowner is sharing access to the hiking trails on the property - ideal for guests who want to adventure without leaving the mountain! The road up the mountain to the property is gravel and narrow. Additionally, a full flight of stairs are required to access the home.
