Sininen Ridgesi loma odottaa tässä ylellisessä järvenrannan kodissa.

  • Järvialueesi loma odottaa kesäpaikkaa. Tämä neljän makuuhuoneen, kolmen ja puolen kylpyammeinen koti nukkuu yhteensä 8, ja tarjoaa helpon pääsyn järvelle, ja siihen kuuluu venevaja. Kesäpaikka sisältää kolme king-size-majoitusta ja kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä. Tietyissä huoneissa on pääsy yksityisiin kylpyihin.

    Olohuoneessa on iso näyttö, televisio, kivi-pinottu takka ja lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat, jotta järvelle pääsee mukavasti sohvalla. Ateriaprep on helppoa täysin varustetussa keittiössä, ja sitä voidaan palvella kuuden hengen pöydässä. Grilli on myös saatavilla.

    Sisätilojen hauskanpitoa varten voit ampua uima-allaspelin tai suunnata kä��rekannen päälle nauttiaksesi järven ympäröivästä rehevästä viheralueesta. Suuri takapiha sisältää aurinkokerroksen ja venevaja, joiden avulla kajakkien ja kalastuspaikkojen varastointi on helpompaa. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a week long family vacation at Lake Toxaway and stayed at A Summer Place right on the lake. Very nice accomodations, spacious and well provisioned. A little pricey and I think charging as much as they do for the simple amenities like using the pool is a bit over the top.

the pictures are dated and dont show much of the added odd taxidermy to include a Rooster and basket of chickens. Old and Dingy place. the minute you walk in it smells musty. My infant son immediately began sneezing and became nasally. we had to leave early.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a terrific location and the home has great potential. Unfortunately, no one is concerned with the appearance or the comfort of the home. The outdoor spaces and furniture were unusable they were so covered in mold. The home is very dark and has not been updated since it was constructed. The linens were musty and worn. There were very little incidentals such as laundry tabs, toilet paper and simple things. It would be nice if there were a canoe, or anything to be able to access the water without having to deal with the marina.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A Summer Place sits on a spectacular lake front lot on Lake Toxaway. The large home has 4 bedrooms and 2 sets of bunkbeads which can easily accommodate 8+. The beds were very comfortable. The home is well appointed with all the kitchen items needed to prepare meals if needed. The home offers a unique charm with decor fitting of a mountain getaway. There was a great surprise inside with a 4x8 slate pool table in the downstairs living space. Lots of fun. The backyard is large and beautiful with a nice sitting area with fire pit just set back from the 2 lake front docks. We watched the sunset from the dock and experienced some really nice views. There are several very large gorgeous trees creating a wonderful canopy to add to the beautiful lake views. There is a full length 2nd story deck with rocking chairs for reading, coffee, and happy hour. We took advantage of the Renter membership at the Lake Toxaway CC. The Club is an extremely nice and exclusive property where we took advantage of a 4 hour pontoon boat rental (include the tube for a great experience), played pickle ball, and enjoyed 2 meals at the club restaurants. The Club has a rich history and provides a fun experience. There are several hiking options right within Lake Toxaway to satisfy the intermediate hiker(Panthertown waterfall is a good option). Downtown Cashiers is an easy 20 minute drive to visit the famous country store and do some fun vacation shopping. There are plenty of good restaurants within a 30 minute drive. Overall, my family and I had a great, peaceful, enjoyable, quite, fun, and relaxing time.

Someone reached out a week in advance to confirm we did not want access to the club - we had forgotten so that was above and beyond our expectation. The property was well kept and on a great spot near the center of the lake. We had a total of 4 couples but could easily have had more. The kitchen and grill are fully functioning and easy to cook for a crowd. You could not ask for more in a rental property.

Almost Perfect Lake Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is so perfect. It's absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfect for two families of four. We will def return. The marina was amazing, dockhands were great. We loved grabbing Greystone Inn for dinner. It was a great experience overall. The only frustrating part of our vacation has nothing to do with the house, so will def give the house 5 STARS, it truly is a dream property. It is nice that the house comes with the option for a club membership, which we purchased. The frustrating thing is, though, that if you go to the pool they charge $15 per person, per day. That doesn't sound bad, but with four kids under 9 years old we stay at the pool for prob 60-90 minutes (to grab lunch or dinner) before we are ready for a change of scenery, so it's frustrating to have to pay $120 (per day) on top of the membership charge to use the pool. We were referred to "the binder," however w four kids we aren't exactly laying back reading manuals. Just a heads up, but this house was really amazing, we loved it and will def be back!

The house is situated on a larger quiet lot directly across from the Greystone Inn. The site is very quiet and all you can hear with the windows open is birds and cool breezes. The house is just as lovely as presented in the brochure, very well maintained with basic kitchen supplies and laundry supplies. We opted for the daily country club membership and had a great meal outdoors at he country club. My husband and son said the golf course was very very nice and we enjoyed the very rough hike to Raven Falls (it was very tough - more of a rock scramble than a path).

Reviewer Comments: Thank you for opening your Warm & Inviting home for Family’s to Enjoy!My family and I Loved everything about our stay!!!We made great memories sharing meals, playing pool and other games.Enjoyed sitting on the dock in the early morning with a cup of coffee listening to the Beautiful sounds of Birds chirping!Listening to music by the fire was a nighttime favorite! We took lots of photos of the gorgeous flowers and relaxed in the hammock! The house is close to many of local hikes to waterfalls and many other outdoor activities!!! After a complete day of Fun we all slept comfortably in our Beds! The home has everything you need to have a Wonderful Time!!!Lake Toxaway rental staff were very accommodating if we needed anything and I do mean anything they were right there ASAP!!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay in this Fabulous Home again in the near future!!! Once again Thank you and God Bless!!!

Lots of fun for the whole family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I entertained our 3 grand children plus two adult and two very young children for two enjoyable weeks. We rented a speed boat for two weeks and the grand children, age mid twenties, in addition to boating, mountain biked and hiked to waterfalls, and paddle boarded.

A Summer Place could be called Magical Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family gathered here for a week after Covid had separated us for too long. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable. The lake and mountain views are amazing. This was one of those vacations that felt like it lasted twice as long as it did. I highly recommend A Summer Place and Lake Toxaway Club.
