Peaceful Orchard Getaway! High-Speed Internet!

The Ferdinand suite cabin is based on a standard hotel room. We have a queen bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee pot. The private bathroom include a large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each room has high-speed Internet with a flat screen, smart TV.

This building was originally a cotton seed barn from when our family farmed cotton and owned a local cotton gin. We moved it into our property and refurbished it into 2 hotel suites.

We are right along Hwy 65 and Hwy 82 for a quick overnight stay to destinations Like Branson, New Orleans, the Gulf Cost.

Come for the Fishing and Duck hunting. Our resort features a 300' fishing pier on Lake Chicot with a private boat ramp access.

We have 114 RV sites most are pull through. We have sites available under trees or tree free. All Sites have water sewer electric

We are situated along Hwy 65 82 in the Heart of the Delta. We have attempted to preserve some of the history so external buildings may appear rustic as this reflects the traditional farm houses, tenant houses and barns found through out our region. Don't worry the inside is modern, we don't really want to live like they did 100 years ago, Everything has indoor plumbing and a/c and heat. You will find full kitchens with pots & pans, plates dishes and silver wear Coffee pot microwaves. We are pretty laid back here and keep this a family friendly atmosphere.

We have a collections of folks from the one night heading to a destination, to we are here to fish or duck hunt, to we have a job in the area and we want a safe quite space to stay, or the retire that wants the good life with low maintenance.
