”This hotel is relatively new and is just beginning to show some signs of wear like chipping here and there is the bathroom, scratches on the bedside table, small holes in the window blind. It is generally very quiet there and the walls seem to be thick enough to block out the TV or other normal sounds from adjacent rooms. If you value quiet, don't take a room on the first floor. ”Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better.”

”Nobody was at the desk when we got there. Other customers were waiting to check in also. Was given a room that had door adjoining next room, whoever was in that room was extremely noisy. The hand held shower head did not work.”

”Shower faucet was obviously broken for a long time, could not get hot water out of it. Hair all over the shower. Beds had black spots that flicked off when scratch on three different blankets, AC kept room hot overnight and fridge was barely cool. Advised staff and they “took a note to let management know” as if they didn’t already know.”

”The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The type of staff that loves what they do. We ended up in a bit of a scary situation with a tornado scare and had to evacuate the building. Staff was extremely supportive through it all.”
