”Employees made our three day's feel uncomfortable and very unwelcomed. Day and night staff are very rude. Over half the time both room keys didnt work.
My son had a seizure the first night there. The hotel had no wheelchair to take him out on and the female employee had no care and just went and sat down. I have to move him from the second floor on the luggage cart :(
I will Never stay at this place again!!!!!”
