”This cottage was exactly as described. Location was convenient and centralized for traveling to and from Wellington and Jupiter. AC worked great. Parking was nice. The host quickly responded to messages. Check in/out process was smoothly. There was a rooster at a neighbor property, however if the fan was running on the AC then you couldn’t hear him. Highly recommend. ”

”If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...

”The stay was great and all amenities were in good shape. House was fully stocked with all kitchen appliances. Overall good stay..only thing is due to the cold weather we were looking to get heated pool and hot tub on specific days only but there is no such option..one has to pay for the pool and hot tub separately for the entire stay and we ended up paying for the day we didn't use them.”
