Easy 20min walk straight down Lantana Rd to Publix. Clean and beautiful studio cottage!

Probably the cleanest vacation stay I've ever had, and I'm comparing that with large, corporate hotels. Not one stain, insect (which is nearly impossible in this tropical landscape) or concern found throughout the studio. Super clean showers, bedding (lots of pillows), hot water, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and plenty of desk space (laptops, writing, etc.). The furniture aesthetics were very beautiful, and the backyard looked like you were in a tropical environment. The Florida lizards and tropical foliage reminded me of Jurassic Park, lol. Highly recommended and made great memories from this place. You could easily walk straight down Lantana Rd to Publix, Walmart or Walgreens for anything you need (full sidewalks). Also Joe was super nice while he was maintaining the landscaping.

Perfect location

My 1st solo trip. Everything was perfect. I felt peaceful and safe. Location was perfect to the Amp. Zero traffic to and from the venue. Thanks for making my weekend a memorable one. Looking forward to booking again for next year.

I chose this place because it was near where I needed to go, and the photos made it look inviting. To my pleasant surprise, it was in a beautiful neighborhood, had a private parking space, and the landscaping around the property was well maintained. The entrance is private, and the room itself is quiet and well designed. There’s even a usb hub on the table. Very homey.

Great place to stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Barbara and Joe’s place! It was very clean and set up very well, and had all of the amenities I could ask for. There was a nice pool in the back and beautiful landscaping all around. It was very peaceful and comfortable and I would highly recommend it to anyone! it is also very reasonably priced.

The perfect oasis get-away!

Location, location, location!!! This property is amazing! It is central to Stuart, Vero Beach, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach! I visited them all in just a 3 night stay! Not to mention the array of local restaurants and things to do and see. The craftsmanship, hospitality, coziness, and beautiful pool with tropical foilage and a bazillion added touches make this place "Gem" for a single traveler. It is safe and they literally have everything you need! Barbara and Joe were the best! It is on my list for next year. You will love it! Book it now!

Great Spot for Solo Traveler

Barbara and Joe have a great studio with a comfy bed, AC, bathroom with toiletries, a well stocked kitchenette and beautiful garden. Safe and quiet neighborhood close to main roads, shops, restaurants & more. Great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend Barbara’s property to an individual or a newlywed couple! 😊

This property was certainly not off the beaten path, and there was even a designated driveway for wayward travelers. I can tell you that Joe is one heck of a craftsman! Especially the bathroom, unbelievable! Very quiet and secluded and you can probably fit two people in that bad if you really liked each other! 😊 if I’m ever back in that area I am certainly going to look them up because they were very nice and it was just a great setting for me for a few weeks. There are no cons in this review. Thanks, Barb/Joe

Everything just right.

The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool is nice, and there is a beautiful yard with a lot of pretty birds and plants. The hosts were very welcoming and check in was easy. They provide a bunch of extras, such as some snacks, breakfast foods, Coffee, etc. also, a nice selection of toiletries. I had my own private driveway and the neighborhood seemed very nice, quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

an unexpected piece of heaven

I felt so safe at this little gem of a place vacationing solo. Well lit from the minute you pull in to the minute you walk into the studio. This place is exceptionally clean, I never go barefoot in any hotel, but I did here. The hosts caring and thoughtfulness is noticed throughout the studio with their desire to please. Very private and peaceful. Their privately owned pool is inviting and towels are provided. The added touches of their generosity are above and beyond. One will be pleasantly surprised, and definitely want to return.

Superior Accommodation/Perfect Oasis

This is, by far, The nicest VRBO In which I have stayed! Barbara and Joe have done an amazing job turning a bedroom in their home into a guest accommodation that is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has everything I needed - private entrance, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, comfy bed, and access to their lovely pool and yard. Barbara and Joe are very nice people, attentive to every need. There were lots of extras, too - snacks, water, toiletries, PPE - whatever anyone could need. The neighborhood is very nice. I can’t comment as to what is nearby because I was so comfortable that I just stayed in. I wish my visit had been longer than one night, and I will return. Thank you ever so much!

Respite and Relaxation

This was the perfect place for me. I needed to relax and rest after days of heavy physical activity. I am so grateful to Barbara and Joe for their kindness and warmth. Gem in Lake Worth

Quiet, safe, private for a single traveler; personal driveway, room is thoughtfully decorated, virtually your own sparkling clean pool, free breakfast foods and beer in the fridge - sure beats a budget hotel that charges much more. Hosts Barbara and Joe are wonderful. Will come back.
