”Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. The continental breakfast was decent as well. The only downside was the pool area, which was very small for the amount of guests staying there. It honestly felt more like a large hot tub converted into a pool. Everything was peaceful during the week, but once the weekend came and more younger guests and children arrived, the atmosphere became much louder. There were children running...

”Breakfast was lacking and dirty area, beds need updating, bed covers seemed to be needing to be replaced. The back entry door does not lock, anyone can come in. Pool area however was great. Nice location and quiet though. ”

”The quality of the toilet paper and Kleenex are poor, rough. I missed having flavored creamer offered in the dining room. A microwave in the dinning room would be helpful. The cleaning supplies they use smell great. ”

”I like that the property was clean but our room was in front of the highway and we can hear all of the cars all throughout the night. So if you’re not a heavy sleeper you will be awake the whole night. Like what happened to me. Breakfast is with a fee with $12 DISCOUNT. You also get a 1 complimentary drink but redeemable PM only not in the morning.”

”The room was ok, not immaculate. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Hated that there was no elevator. Overall an ok, not exceptional, experience.”

”My stay was good, I did book a king suite but it was just a room. I thought the suite consisted of 2 sections but maybe it differs per state. other than that, my stay was comfy.”

”First our shower had blood stains in it. Then refrigerator didn’t work. Took two attempts to fix it then it ended up getting replaced. After that they didn’t clean our room on the 3rd day. On one good point front desk staff was always friendly. I’d definitely check other options be staying at this property!”

”The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. ”

”Nice to stay in a place that has maid service everyday. Large Hot tub that was clean and a perfect temperature. Quiet area near the highway.”

”Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again.”

”Mirror was so dirty in bathroom I had to clean it to see anything. Was able to get an early check in which was much appreciated for a wedding we were attending. Heard hot tub had green slim around the entrance so didn’t even try it.”

”I made the reservation 2 weeks before our stay. We arrived at 3:15 pm. The room was not ready. Other people seemed to be getting a room. We waited an hour before we got into our room. Not happy about that.”
