”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. It was our first time in Baltimore and we picked the hotel bc it was close to the Aquarium. We didn't use all the amenities since we wanted to explore but this was a good choice. The staff were polite and professional, the room was clean and on Friday night, the hotel even hosted a prom on their 7th floor. The bar, cafe and pool always had a steady flow of guests.
We included breakfast in our hotel package which saved money. We got complimentary vouchers...
