”If you want a place to stay where you won’t be able to get any sort of peace and quiet, or appropriate amenities within the room, and staff are non responsive to your needs, definitely book here. It will be worth the waste of money. ”

”Staff was great, breakfast on the weekend was excellent!! The breakfast menu was limited during the week. Unfortunately the pool has been out of order for weeks and we were not told this. The housekeeping was only available every other day and they didn’t bring towels, they had to be requested. The bed was also very hard & the pillows were awful. We ended up getting an air mattress & pillows from Walmart for sleeping. ”

”Not great when maybe too fully booked. When checking in the reception changed our room and said that Expedia had booked handycap room in error. Bed sheets did not fit the beds in our double Queen room and one of the beds had dried food that was maybe trapped in the wash but disgusting when I pulled the blanket back to get in bed. I did not like the crowded breakfast area and was not able to get any breakfast.”

”Very clean and cozy. Exactly what we needed for one night. We had an event at the Syracuse Theater and the distance was decent as well. Sofa mattress could be better but the couch itself is an option to sleep on for a small person.”

”The room door wouldn't close when we arrived. Although we weren't happy to have to drag all our luggage back downstairs to the desk, the staff was super kind and gave us a new room immediately. Maintenance was on it right away. No complaints!”

”This hotel's website says it has a continental breakfast. No, it doesn't. The big one is that the bed n my room is the worst bed I have ever spelt on in 67 years.”

”I liked out stay at HomeTown Inn by Red Roof East Syracuse. I was there with my Ukranian friend who was surprised there were also hotels in America with same quality as in hes country. I really liked the reception because there was Egyptian workers who gave the hotel international feeling since it is near the airport. There was also many locals staying at the hotel and especially there were very friendly american hiphop style singers hanging out at the front of the elevators. First they...

”The breakfast menu was extremely lackluster. Cereal, waffle maker, toaster..There were apples and bagels. There was no breakfast meat or not hot eggs. The eggs were hard boiled. Meh.”
