”Easy parking, room clean for the most part, dresser drawer broken along with loose legs on the table and chair. Room 113”

”Had to move rooms twice due to dirtyness. Lights were off in the lobby when we arrived.”

”Rooms definitely need an upgrade. 1st room we checked into was nasty so they moved us. Didn’t get much sleep because walls are paper thin. Sounded like people up talking all night were in the same room with us. Food was delicious at HKs Restaurant and front desk clerk that checked us in was great. Unfortunately we will not stay there again.”

”We stayed in room 117 and the light/exhaust van in the bathroom was extremely loud. We stayed 2 nights and it got louder the 2nd night so we were using the flashlight on our phones instead. The place is super clean ”

”I know it was early in the season, but the breakfast area was lacking because we left on Friday and they refilled the muffins & yogurt which there was none except for blueberry & no yogurt the whole week.”

”Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. ”

”The staff throughout the whole resort were amazing and very helpful. Our check-in was kind of a cluster but they were quick to make it up to us. All in all we had a great trip because everyone was so accommodating and nice. ”
