”Legendary hotel with good location. Only negative was a billing policy. For example if you take drinks in the bar on room bill, you have to pay extra. Very strange practise. But hotel is nice and service was friendly and polite. Like a good old days.”

”The lobby was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, the walls are quite thin you can easily hear other guests, even the slightest noise from neighboring rooms.
That said, when we mentioned the issue, the staff responded quickly and helped us by moving to another room, which we appreciated. The elevators were also a bit slow.
Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, though soundproofing and elevator speed could be improved.”
