”Very nice property. Worth mentioning Is that there is also a basement suite. Too bad the ones using it during our stay weren’t considerate. This was discussed with owner and tended to immediately. We appreciated that to the fullest extent and the owners help surpassed our expectations. Thank you again. There is a bit of thru traffic but other than that, no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the property very much.”

”Myself and three others stayed in the suite for one night. It was easy to check in, clean, and well decorated. The place is a bit worn in appearance and some supplies were too low for one use, like coffee and dish soap. The beds were comfortable which is always appreciated. The two bedrooms were separated by a hallway which helped limit sound transfer. Overall, it was a good stay and very affordable for the area. ”This Lakeside retreat was perfect! Just what my family of 4 needed. We enjoyed looking out at the lake and swimming and fishing. Hot tub was a great activity at night. Campfires over looking the lake and watching the sunset. The house is very clean and comfy for a family of 4. The owner was very responsive. We also enjoyed going off on adventures in the area, wineries, Halifax, Mahone Bay and the local meat market Oulton's. A must to visit if you love animals. They have all kinds of exotic cool...

”Met by the very attentive owner who is very polite. Answered texts very quickly, and checked in to make sure everything was okay and to see if I needed anything. Place was clean, bed is very comfortable, and amenities are close by with a car. Easy access to major highway close by.”

”We had a great at this VRBO! The location was wonderful, with it being a short drive into downtown Halifax and having the local market and the Birch and Anchor pub so nearby. The accommodation itself was very spacious, with large bedrooms and really great common area in the kitchen and living room, which was great for spending time with our group. Additionally, having the property/balcony overlook the harbour was quite nice, especially at sunset. No complaints at all, would happily come back.”

”Lovely 3 bedrooms. Has a shared kitchen. Hosts are lovely and very accommodating to any needs. Stayed with another couple. Each room has mini split so great when weather gets warmer. Not hard to find with maps and back deck is large and accommodating. ”
