”I couldn't tell you how clean or anything when I got there they said couldn't give me a room because of maintenance issues. Sent me to another hotel . They didn't have the room I needed I needed two king beds instead I got 1 king and sleeper sofa which was not what I pay for. The air conditioner wouldn't stay on would work just about 1 hr then turn itself off then I have to turn it back on.”

”The property was a pretty stay. When first arrived it was clean, it was pretty. However the housekeeping didn’t come to the room once to clean towels, nor change the sheets. They charged my card for things i had no idea about until the end. To eat, you have to get charged extra and the room is already expensive.”

”When I arrived to check in with my child it was 7:30 pm. The guy at the from was upset almost as if he wanted to say they didn’t have any rooms available be I prepaid online. I was like let me see if I’m able to accommodate you. we were going to pool and he advised if we didn’t go then it would be close. We proceed to go ahead and leave for her birthday festivities. We did not finish bowling until 12:30 am can back to go to sleep. We left the next day and now I have a charge on my credit card....
