”We had a late check in and upon arrival the front doors were locked, you needed to have a key/pass to enter. Our room must’ve had a flood because it had a humidifier blower still drying the rug and it smelled musty. I spoke to the front desk and they were apologetic and gracious. They gave us a differ room, smaller beds but it was clean and cozy. I’d definitely stay there again. ”

”There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. ”

Unfortunately, there were no regular coffee pods for the Keurig-type coffee maker in the room, and downstairs only “Bold” coffee was available (I prefer a lighter roast). Front desk staff seemed overworked and failed to provide some asked for assistance.”

”The hotel was undergoing renovations. Wish I had known that beforehand. I didn’t expect majority of the lobby to have ripped up flooring and repairmen slouched on the couches. It just wasn’t a good look. Aside from that, our bathroom tub looked gross. Luckily it was a one-night stay so I wasn’t forced to shower there. Anyway, I just didn’t like how dilapidated it looked. And not to mention there was one microwave located near the elevators, instead of in the room. Weird. Otherwise, the bed was...
