”Very nice place to stay.”

”Friendly staff. Generally clean. I was assigned to the handicap-accessible room. It did not look like it had been occupied in awhile. The bathroom had a bad, mildew odor (shower curtain, I think) and the faucet leaked. The bathroom door was closed and there was no ventilation in it. Also, no night-time, visible signage to identify the hotel, which made it hard to locate.”

”The room I rented was a 1-bedroom suite and it smelled like damp stinky carpet. A lady at the pool said she had been there earlier and had requested to be moved. She was there early enough that they got a like room. He could move me but only two a room with 2 beds, no refund go through Expedia. The room was supposed to have a pull-out couch & it did but the normal package of sheets, blanket, & pillows nowhere to be found. I asked the guy at the front desk who was more distracted on his phone....

”Let me start out by saying that they were under renovation so you have to cut them a little slack but even at that I'm not sure that I will ever stay there again. Pros: The front desk was kind, check in was easy and beds were pretty comfortable. Cons: the security latch on the safety door lock was broken, there was one lamp in the entire room, no fire alarm, shower was broken, serious lack of electrical plugs, no place at all to sit except the beds, the ice machine on our floor was down, no...
