”The hotel needs update bad! When you walked in front door, nice smell but the carpet in hall and stairs needs to be replaced. Also, no elevator, just stairs. Luckily, it was only 2 stories. Our room was clean. No hair in tub or floor in bathroom. Walls in room needs to be painted. Breakfast was not the best, cereal, waffles, not too fresh fruit, bagels and bread. Great location for what we needed for baseball tournament . The bed was comfortable. We have stayed at other Microtel's and this one...

”There were so many people trying to get breakfast and the poor woman said she only had 1 microwave to cook stuff...that led to a long wait for some items. We had an issue with the pullout mattress but, it was replaced IMMEDIATELY at 10:15 at night when we returned to our room. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
