”No complaints about anything other than cleaning of the room. Day one... It was VERY obvious our room had not been cleaned. There were hairs and other disgusting things on the sheets. The tub had not been cleaned and the floor towel mat that was folded and hung over the side of the tub was sopping wet. We talked to the lady and the front desk and she was great, promptly taking care of the issues and very apologetic. Day two... beds were not made up. We did have clean towels and dry floor...

”The hotel was very dirty. Garbage cans overflowing outside. Moldy ac vent in the room. Garbage left in the room from previous tenants. cockroach in our bathroom. The sink had snot and toothpaste residue from previous tenants.”

”The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. So here we are 16 hours from home and no where to stay and we wanted to be within...

”For the amount of money paid, you would think there would be a microwave andrefrigerator in the room. No cleaning service no cell service and spotty Wi-Fi. The shower was terrible hot water to cold water without changing the knob no steady temperature half of the restaurants not open or closed early food, choices, or limited not worth the money. Should’ve just stayed in Holiday Inn for half the price”

”Hotel was very nice. Staff and grounds were great. The reason for giving a neutral review is our room was right next to loud live music until 1AM. I feel we should have been warned about the room at check in or before and given an option for a room on the other side of the hotel. Please be sure to ask about this when making your reservation and check in.”

”Bed was a bit stiff ' bathroom door to in the room was to close to the toliet cant sit down without hitting your knee on the door when closing the door. Back of the hotel near sitting bench shows signs of neglect with missing a trash can.”

”The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food”

”The location of the Lake House Inn was great for visiting my husband's brother and his girlfriend. The room was attractively decorated, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the room reasonably clean (baseboards and walls are due a good wipe-down, though). TP dispenser was MUCH too far from the toilet and there was a faceplate for a control to a nonexistent heat lamp that hung loose from the wall. Maybe remove the faceplate and TP dispenser and plaster over those spots? DO NOT book through...

”This is a great place to stay, staff was great. A little disappointed the restaurant was closed Tuesday and Wednesday but the pool was great and the area of the lake was pretty quiet. The cabin was nice, we will be back.”
