”Didn’t get the room I booked, blinds would leave a 2” gap so in order to get the room dark I had to stuff a towel at the bottom of the window. I travel a lot and while this hotel was new and clean and looked good the room wasn’t worth it based on the issues I had. Plenty of other options at that end of the city.”

”Plenty of space in our room. We were able to control the temperature in our room easily. Breakfast was ample for myself and one daughter however, very limited for my other child who has several food intolerances. The hot tub eased my aching muscles from a long day.”

”Third visit. Very good layout… the rooms are great and the bed is dreamy. The bar is unique and as good as it gets and the breakfast is great with made to order items and fantastic service. The value and luxury/$ ius off the map. I will be back on my next trip! Location is great for all things downtown and riverside. My favorite hotel stay.”

”Clean and efficient stay”

”The hotel was clean and organized. Excellent breakfast compared to other hotels. The bed was very comfortable and we were impressed by the extra products given such as makeup removing wipes and mouthwash.”

”Rooms are small but well laid out and well supplied. Bed is very comfortable. Only complaint was slow elevators and access to underground parking is a bit tricky with many tight turns. Good location and lovely views.”

”The under ground parking is a bonus. We used the pool, restaurant and room was clean.”

”Only drawback was the parking lot being a bit awkwardly situated. But thats not always in the hotels control so they've done the best with what they have. But in peak winter I wouldn't want to be walking back and forth from the parkade. Great room. Great TV. Nespresso machine in the room. Also the towel hooks blend in with the bathroom wall color. Took me way too long to find but that's also probably a me thing. No real complaints at all though. Really enjoyed our stay!”

”The hotel was in good condition however the pool was closed the entire time and seemed to be closed long term. They also didn’t have laundry services even though it was advertised on their website.”

”Bed was comfortable, room was large and clean. Had free parking but was very limited. The one downside was how loud the bar and the street foot traffic noise was well past 2am. Not a huge issue but a lot of the university crowd seems to gather there on Friday nights.”

”The hotel has deteriorated over the last 10 years; cracked tiles, worn room carpeting, paint needed, lumpy mattress. Time for a refurb! There are lots of other hotels in the area, so shop around before booking.”
