”It’s old musty smelling. The jets in the tub were not clean. The breakfast was ok, not great. The breakfast area furniture was worn out and they were stains on the chairs in the lobby area.
The room itself was a big size and could be very nice. The ACs were either too hot or too cold. I will travel in the area again, but I will not pick this place. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t good.”

”My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also.
Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. Only con this time was the bed, its not terrible but it has seen its time, sunked in when I got in on my side,...

My room was exactly what I was needing for my stay. It was quiet, clean, and I did use the fitness room, which had enough for a quick workout. I did not use the pool, but I did go across the parking lot over to Bahama breeze and was very grateful for the market on the other side of that which had general store items and was just a few steps...
