Hello John,I'm sorry that you have the opinion that our inn is rundown. The room that you stayed in, our second-floor rooms in our main building featuring 2 queen beds, were renovated less than one year ago, with new paint, beds, carpets, dressers, tvs, and furniture. At the price of 209, I certainly feel they are very appropriately appointed and it is unfortunate that you had a poor experience.

Hello Beatriz,I am sorry that your husband was having breathing issues when you visited. I would like to make sure it is known that you did book the room you were put into, a king room in our Sunnyside building, and yes the main building was sold out this weekend, keeping you from being able to book a room there. You certainly were not put into a room you did not book just because you booked with Expedia. I did approve the desk staff to authorize you in a townhouse suite, the remaining accommodations that were available this weekend, despite your booking on Expedia into that room type. I was told you did not want to move into that type due to the cost.

Hello Edward,I spoke to you directly on your arrival. You explained you were put into the Countryside building when you actually booked that yourself through Expedia. You requested to be moved to the main building despite booking the "auxiliary building" as you put it, but unfortunately, we were sold out and not able to make that change. I am sorry that you found many issues after that, though I will say it is common when someone is somewhere they do not want to be. Stay service has been by request since 2020, and this is explained in your pre-arrival email as well as on a large sign located at the front desk. Anything that is requested is cleaned by the team. Also, we did have breakfast all days of the weekend until 10:30 am, I'm not sure how it happened that the comment was no breakfast available. While I am having to respond to your comments, we do hope that you are able to book in advance for next time so that you receive the room type that you want without any issues.

Hello,It is standard practice for most hotels since covid to offer stay service by request only. This is explained in your arrival email sent to you the day of your arrival, as well as on a large sign located at the front desk when you arrive. Very many guests in the world now do not want people just entering their room, and I am sorry that you feel differently. If you, or any guest, would like stay service while with us, we are happy to do that service for you.

Hello Robert,I'm sorry that you did not feel the desk had knowledge of our area. We certainly have lists of places to go in the area for hikes, bike rides, and general entertainment. Perhaps there was nothing you were provided that was to your liking, but our desk staff has always been spoken very highly of regarding our customer service and ability to help guests. Mr. Feng booked two separate reservations, one for one night, and one for two. Both were booked through Expedia. When the property was told that Mr. Feng wanted to cancel the first stay, it was canceled immediately. Mr. Feng was attempting to get a refund from the hotel, when the hotel did not have his money, Expedia did. He was instructed multiple times to reach out to Expedia and that the hotel did not have any money from his reservation. I am sorry you did not find any comfort in the pullout sofa, these are of course not up to the standard of an actual bed.
