Two additional bedrooms and a first-floor full bath allow for multiple sleeping options. Family friendly setup includes a bonus loft with indoor games: Board games/cards (adult and kids), Pac Man, foosball, assortment of children’s books and toys. Outdoor activities also provided: cornhole, lawn Jenga, kids outdoor water table and splash pad. Stair gates already installed for kids’ safety.

All bedrooms have closets or ample dresser space for storage. Pack and play and sheets available if needed. All beds have comfortable Casper mattresses – all sheets, comforters, pillows, and towels included for your convenience.

Large deck overlooking a custom patio and firepit provides the ultimate outdoor living experience. Deck includes seating for 8, outdoor couch seating and a Weber grill. Oversized patio allows for time around the fire or ample space for outdoor activities.

Enjoy the nature and wildlife on 2+ acres of land to explore. The property backs up to 20 acres of undeveloped land great for hiking and exploring. House is conveniently located to the many trails the Lake Wallenpaupack area has to offer. Short walk/drive to neighborhood swimming dock and community waterfront fire pit.

Large and secure onsite parking provides room to trailer and store small boats during your stay. Multiple nearby options for daily boat launch; boat slip not available.

AC units provided in all bedrooms for summer months and all rooms have ceiling fans. Please be advised when booking in winter months a 4-wheel drive vehicle may be necessary to access this property. No smoking.
