”The interior of the room itself was fine, but we were the only room in our hall that was not under construction. The hallway floor was ripped up and construction was ongoing into Saturday evening and begun again early Sunday morning. Staff did not tell us anything about the construction at check in so it was a bit shocking to find our room was essentially in a work zone. Not sure how the other floors are but this picture is what our hallway on the third floor looked like.”

”The rooms were very clean, soft towels etc. Breakfast was excellent, full course hot or cold meal choices. The rooms were a little tight fitting, more suited to two double beds rather than two queen size. We have been here before and will return again.”

”Location was ok. Room was clean. But we had no towels in the room (none), had to ask. Also, the fancy coffee maker broke down (or had to be cleaned) twice during breakfast. Disaster! ”

”Quiet, great pool, lovely staff!”

”I had a very enjoyable stay at this property and was impressed by the overall experience. The property was lovely, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their hospitality certainly contributed to making my stay a positive one. Unfortunately, there was one issue that detracted from the experience. The bathroom sink was in an unacceptable condition, as every time I turned on the water, a very unpleasant odour came from the drain. This was disappointing and something that I...

”Have stayed a number of times, and always clean and comfortable.”

”Check in process was a breeze . Room was big and very clean. A few negatives Elevators took forever !! Very slow . Hotel was very busy bc of a concert in town . Waited a couple times 5 plus minutes for the elevator . Unacceptable . Also the underground parking garage . We paid for parking .. parked and then went to dinner . After dinner there was no parking spots . What a waste of 22$ . They should have a second parking lot or let someone know when the lot is full and not charge them . Also the...

”Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy parking, close to lots of amenities and quiet”

Hotel is ruim. Ligt wel aan een grote weg maar daar heb je over het algemeen niet veel last van. Ontbijt is voor elk wat wils.”

”When checking in we requested to be in a room that was not close to the elevators and shared we wanted to be in a quieter area - close to the elevators tends to be noisier. We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did...

”the room is clean, the building is old.”
