The room was very clean and well kept throughout our stay. The service was exceptional and we were very happy with how we were treated. We were supported in a number of different ways during our stay (we needed to visit the hospital at short notice so we were able to keep luggage back after checkout). ...

Superb experience with Lotus Suite. They have private access to River Ganga which makes the experience very blissful. Food in the restaurant is also very good. Staff is very friendly.

Breakfast spread was great, service and hospitality was top notch. Property is good too and has a gym, sauna, steam and pool too which is great. Rooms are fine. We had an issue with the smell coming from the drainage throughout the stay but other than that it was good. They did try to fix it but ...
