”This is NOT Wow!.. It is very old and not well maintained Riad. Front desk staff and the bar guy were the only nice staff. The breakfast is poor and lack supervision since other guests leave bread and other stuffs uncovered. The lady doing the eggs did not use gloves and was using her hands to put the few vegetable in the bowl. Then she will scratch her head and clean her sweat with the same hand she used to grab the vegetables. I was very disappointed of this Riad for the amount of money I...

”Walking into Riad Viva off the rather messy side street was like walking into an oasis of pure calm and beauty? Such amazing staff and a feeling of total peace and tranquility within a very busy and slightly manic city! The pool is a small plunge pool really but I can only imagine on a hot day it must be perfect! Loved the rooftop sitting/ sun bathing area. The room was beautiful, basic and I wondered about the cleanliness of the rugs and cushions but the bed itself abd bathroom were excellent....

”Excellent characterful property. Our room was beautiful and quiet(also very dark with the shutters closed, so set your alarm if you have to be anywhere!) The bed was very hard to leave even for the breakfast waiting in the central courtyard. Ibrahim was an attentive and efficient host. He was polite and amusing and nothing was too much trouble for him. Just be aware that vehicles cannot get to the door so a short walk is necessary to or from a taxi. The riad is about a 20 minute walk through...
