”My room was very clean as usual. My favorite thing about this property is the patio with the fountain. I wasn't in a room overlooking the patio this time but it was still lovely.”

”This hotel is like a Resort on an island somewhere…Super Cleannnnnnnnn and some… This is the best hotel in Jackson, Ms hands down….. Restaurant style with a bar area like a bar should be with nice music….. The staff was amazing and everyone you meet Greeted you with Sir or Mam at all times….. Once again if you’re looking for a clean and safe hotel this is the spot to be… Can’t wait to go back next weekend lol”

”Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. ”

”When arriving to check in there was no one at the front desk. Another lady was already there waiting as well. We waited approximated 5-10 minutes and I kept saying HELLO?? Finally a young man came walking down the hallway, in no apparent hurry and goes behind the counter and says can I help you? This was a bit unprofessional and unusual for the Hampton Inn's normal courtesy and efficiency of service. Other than that experience it was pretty good. The room was very clean as was the dining...

”General manager was very helpful and personal. Room was clean except for water in bottom of fridge from freezer section. Small cafe shop was very poorly stocked which made eating in or snacking more difficult for someone who flew in and didn’t have a rental car. Was warned about walking in the area by couple of ride share drivers.”

”We had to change rooms twice. The first time the door wouldn’t close. The second time the AC was broken. And the third time the toilet didn’t flush properly, we just decided not to move anymore.”

”I did not feel safe during my stay. There were people gathered and smoking right outside the front entrance. The property should provide a designated smoking area away from the entrance. The room was not clean. There were bugs in the room, no hand soap was provided, and the bed linens were in poor condition with noticeable spots and stains on the sheets. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and my experience.”

”Hotel was nice but the floors were sticky in our room, and we asked for extra pillows but the staff said they didn’t have any to offer. Breakfast options were very limited. Overall fine for one night, but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays.”

”Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and helped me and my family with our stay. The room was spacious, we enjoyed the pool and the laundry room. We used our kitchen to cook for our children and we enjoyed the proximity to the district and Sal and mookies. Clean room. Nice staff. Would book again. 10/10.”

”Hotel had limited amenities. Bathroom was a bit dirty and my skin broke out severely after sleeping under the covers. Only one elevator is in service. No breakfast.”

”This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. The room was really clean, came with a microwave and refrigerator. I will say at first the refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should’ve been and the ice in the top part was melting but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly. Well the lady who was there when I was checking out. Overall, I really enjoyed my one day stay here.”
