”The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again.”

”Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower.
