”The property needs an update, the room needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Some attempts have been attempted but either not completed or not successful at the moment. There should be new bed linens and towels. The bed pillows should also be cleaned or replaced as there was an odor. My assessment is that the property has seen better days and would be better served if they were more focused on improving the quality and appearance and then focusing more attention on the customer satisfaction.”

”We stayed for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The pool was dirty, our room was humid, and no breakfast was provided. There were people smoking nearby, so it definitely didn't feel family friendly.
The worst part was the service. It seems like only one person works there – all communication is done by text message. We texted the inn asking for clean towels, and they replied saying they would change the towels every day. But when we left for the day and came back in the...
