Serenity Now - Walk to Private Beach!

Welcome to Serenity Now! Nestled in the trees of the Oak Savanna, this charming cottage is your home away from home. A seven minute walk brings you to Sun Beach (stair access) with incredible sunsets, or even closer is the Ausable River brimming with flora and fauna. The open concept living/kitchen area has a cathedral ceiling and lots of windows for natural light. There are two outdoor spaces for relaxing or dining, fully updated kitchen, main floor laundry, full tub/shower and walk in shower.
The space
Heavily treed property with parking for up to four vehicles. Front entrance of cottage is up two steps. The guest area is all one level.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire main level and outdoor spaces. The basement is inaccessible to guests-used for storage only.

Bed sizes are: 1 California King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Twin bunk bed, also 2 fold down sofa beds in living room (linen for sofa beds available upon request)
Bedding and bath towels are provided - please bring your own beach towels
Beach umbrella, children’s beach toys, and utility wagon are available
Smart TV with firestick: apps are bring-your-own-login or you are welcome to our collection of classic VHS tapes and VCR
Paper towel and toilet paper are provided in limited supply. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent may be on hand - if used during your stay please replenish
