”This was an incredible place to stay. Great home base for Acadia NP. Very peaceful and quiet. Stocked with everything you need. Fire pit is amazing. The bars were super comfy and the house was very clean. Highly recommended!”

”First I wanna say the owner is sweet and I think she means well but I feel like its too much for her to maintain and be responsible for. My friend and I booked this room for a night on our way to Bar Harbor. I noticed immediately that the harbor IS across the street but theres a building there not a little beach or anything that you can go down onto. The yard in front of the house is somewhat unkept, needed mowed for sure.

”Great, helpful and friendly staff!!! Great price and location.
Only issues were very minor, and any issues that were addressable were immediately remedied.
We were also aware before arriving that the pool is no longer available, although it is not physically removed as of yet.
Note that it is a slightly older hotel, so if you have mobility issues, be sure to request a ground floor room, since there is no elevator to the second floor.
There is a small cafe room serving (in the morning) free...
