Maison Garcin is a stylish and secluded manoir situated on the border of Lot-et-Garonne and The Gers in the south west of France.

A comprehensive restoration was completed in 2024 with the house modernised throughout and charm restored this peaceful place to stay.

Upstairs all 6 bedrooms are fitted with silent air conditioning. The 7th bedroom in on the ground floor.

The Space
Nestled at the end of a private half-mile tree-lined drive, this exclusive-use Gascon estate offers complete seclusion within 20 acres of parkland and woodland. The property features luxurious interiors and spacious grounds, perfect for gatherings, holidays, or special celebrations.

Rooms
The property boasts seven exquisitely designed, air-conditioned bedrooms that combine comfort with understated elegance. Five of the bedrooms are furnished with sumptuous super king beds (180x200 cm), while three feature twin beds (90x200 cm), offering flexibility for larger groups. One of the twin bedrooms doubles as a versatile dressing room for added convenience.

Each bedroom has been meticulously crafted with attention to detail. There are six and a half bathrooms in total, five of which are en-suite. The en-suites are luxuriously appointed with walk-in showers, indulgent bathtubs, and locally inspired accents. The ground-floor suites are particularly inviting, providing easy access and park views. One ground-floor super king bedroom is ideal for guests seeking both comfort and convenience.

The Neighbourhood
The property is located in the heart of Gascony, a region rich in history and charm. Explore medieval villages like Lectoure, Condom, and Nérac, and visit abbeys, churches, and bustling local markets. Travel Information
The house is 25 minutes from Agen and 5 minutes from Astaffort, which offers shops, restaurants, and bakeries. The nearby village of Pergain-Taillac has an excellent butcher. Airports in Toulouse, Bordeaux, and Bergerac are 1hr 15-30 mins away, making it easy to reach this idyllic retreat.

Guest access
Guests have full, unrestricted access to the house, pool, parking and surrounding grounds. Additional services, such as housekeeping and catering, can be arranged with prior notice.
