”The cabin was exactly as pictured—very clean, well-kept, and in a great location with easy access to the river and Colorado Bend State Park. The host was very responsive, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I appreciated the welcome book with helpful info on local spots, as well as the pet-friendly setup. ”The cabin is set back in a large stand of mature Live Oaks and Cedar Elms which provide lots of shade and the patio is huge, great for meals and hanging out. The cabin is incredibly clean, well decorated (rustic), very cozy, relaxing and well stocked with most everything you might need. The well water is delicious and clean! ”My wife booked this for my birthday, so me and a few of my buddies could spend the day at Spider mountain bike park. Judy communicated very well and met us at the property with her golf cart. ”Wonderful stay at this property. We stayed during the week and no others were staying at the cabins during that time so we had access to the full backyard. ”We had a great time at this property. The boys took advantage of the great fishing throughout the day and the night. My daughter and I used the playground and the game room. If we'd stayed longer we would have used the mini golf as well. I utilized the full kitchen for breakfast and dinner which was very convenient being so far from town. We all said we'd stay here again. Beds were comfy and clean. My only suggestions would be to maybe have a cloth rug inside the doorway as the sand got tracked...
