”The staff was exceptional. Always willing to help and provide whatever is needed. Once we realized the lay of the island, the receptionist helped us get a rental car. The dining was superb. ”Quite old structure but with all services you may need. Staff is kind and very helpful.”

”Hotel is new and the facilities are also very new. We didn’t really like the service though, there is little attention to the customer (for example the staff never comes by the pool to ask if we needed a drink or snack and the bars were almost always closed which meant we had to walk down to the restaurant to get any drink). Also breakfast is subpar, very little choice of savoury options. ”

”The staff was nice and helpful, mainly the servers at the breakfast, which in general for that kind of hotel was good, mainly the selection of fresh fruits. The location is good, in a walking distance to the harbor and the main street, Via Roma, were plenty of shops and eateries are established. In front of the hotel is space to park a car. What we disliked is the very bad internet. Most of the time even impossible to connect. According to the front desk it is a problem in whole Lampedusa....
