”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”An excellent stay near the Plaza—spent a day walking to museums, shopping, and dining. Beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was smaller than the usual these days but well maintained with updated fixtures. All very clean. An outstanding breakfast (cooked to order, included with room). I’d probably avoid the bar in the evening, it was hopping and the margaritas only ok—but there are plenty of other options. ”
