”We recently stayed at this hotel after a long 13-hour drive from San Antonio, Texas, with our family of four. Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. ”Front desk clerk seemed agitated when we came at midnight, directly after work. Safe location, parking relatively easy. Room was directly behind a closed pool full of water. Floors could have definitely been cleaner. ”

”This was a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful, even though I checked in very late. The rooms are comfortable and have a bit of retro charm. Great price as well. Only caveat— the WiFi was a mixed bag. It works, but not strongest signal.”

”Rooms were super clean. Pillows were great. The bed was great. Staff was super friendly. Great area for chill. Running behind the hotel of a good surprise. My dog loved it. The pool was warm. Even when it was cold outside. Bubbles didn’t work in the hot tub and it could’ve been a little bit hotter. Other than that. It was a great experience. I will definitely come back.”

”Found hotel clean and quiet. Local area has many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and general shopping. I bought dinner from grocery store and heated it up in breakfast area microwave without any hassle from staff. And breakfast offering was legitimate. Parking is a little constrained ... arriving after 7 PM couldn't put my vehicle near my room. ”

”Our room was clean, but wasn’t what we had reserved. We reserved a room with one queen sized bed and was given a room with two queen sized beds instead at no extra charge. The people in the room next to us kept slamming their door whenever they would leave or come back. ”

”Breakfast is a typical Hampton Inn Breakfast. Parking is good. We stay here everytime we pass thru Santa Fe. Room's have a new filtration fan that we have never noticed before. Very loud. We had maintenance silence it so we could sleep”
