The 40 m² property consists of a living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a small shower room (65x110cm) as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi for teleworking, a television, a fan in each room, a washing machine and children's books and toys. A cot is also available. This holiday rental has a private outdoor area with 2 terraces and a balcony.

Our stone house is located in southern Ardèche, in the heart of the village of Lanas, ideally situated between Vogüé and Balazuc, both listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France." The house has two fully independent apartments: a ground-floor studio with a 30 m² terrace, available all year for a maximum of two people, and a duplex with two terraces, accessible from May to October for up to three people. Both accommodations offer plenty of charm and a beautiful view of the river. From the terrace, you can admire the river below and enjoy the peace and quiet. Lanas is a charming Ardèche village overlooking the Ardèche river, with a historic district right opposite the house. The village square, shaded by plane trees, is very pleasant and lively in summer with its two restaurants. You can also go canoeing thanks to various rental options nearby, especially in Vogüé and St Maurice d’Ardèche.
