This beautiful House sits just 1 mile outside of Hopeland in the small neighborhood of Clay. It features a Big front yard, as well as a deck with Big Back Yard, 3 bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, a Semi Stocked Kitchen, (Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room) is open area, with a office/den area to the side of Dining area. Bedroom # 1 has attached bathroom with a Whirlpool, and shower. Bath # 2 has Tub with shower, and is also where the washer & dryer is located. . Entire house and grounds is accessible to our guests except for the garage, and basement. An accessible and open floor plan is great for larger groups as well as small!

- Quiet Hours 11pm to 7am

- Eat food only in kitchen area

- No shoes in the house

- No Parties or Events without Prior Approval

- No illegal or Immoral Activities

- Children are welcome but "MUST" be supervised at all times. This not a child proof home. Supervision REQUIRED at ALL TIMES, You will be responsible for all damage and the safety of your children.

- Please Leave House as Found: Dishes Washed and all items put back in their place. Just leave the beds without making them.

- No additional overnight guests without prior approval.

- No pets on the property without prior approval and no pets in the house.
- If Smoking, Must be outside, and butts placed in receptacle on deck.

ACCESS IS BY KEYPAD ON FRONT DOOR. Approximately 1 day before your stay, I will send you the access code, and instructions on how to access the house.
