Lobby and rooms have a fun design. The property is maintained well. The lobby has fun activities for the kids and the characters made appearances too.
Disappointments were there was no house keeping service during our stay. For what you pay for to stay there, they should have your room cleaned each morning. At least to make the beds and empty the trash. That’s really expected in hotels. Clearly they’re trying to cut costs, but you expect to have your roomed cleaned every morning in a hotel and you feel a little ripped off when it’s not. Plus, with all the diaper wearing guests in the hotel, they should be emptying everyone’s trash cans daily! Ours filled up with dirty diapers during our stay. Also our bed was a problem, because they put a double size comforter on our queen bed and we were struggling to stay covered through the night, which was uncomfortable. Then the bed was a complete mess in the morning, since the comforter didn’t go past the edge of the bed and no one came in to make it. So we were stuck trying to fix it so we could get back in the next night. Just put a damper on our stay there.
