Terrible experience room next to us had there tv on loud all night and guest were extremely loud all night, had to sleep with pillows over your ears, one guest was told by front desk to lower tv volume and she cursed him out with words i do not want to repeat

It just wasn't what we expected. The price was really good and the room was pretty clean. There was no breakfast probably because of the price. We will pay a bit more for overall better accomadations.

Smells of weed. Old dirty falling apart
As soon as u walk into lobby it smells of weed in this non smoking property. I stayed here two nights . It’s definitely a budget Economy hotel. Front desk girl was nice however management terrible . My room was never serviced , dirty and never replaced towels since no one bothered to check my room. I stayed here for two days I would return from work 11pm so I never argued and just went to an unmade bed … portly Managed property . Paints peeling ceilings cracked . Odors everywhere . Dirty carpets . Flooring is peeling off .. 1.5 star motel if u ask me .

The room (109) was disgusting. Smells like mold and cigarettes. Scotch tape holding the drawers shut. Checked in very late and was on the road by 7, left asap.

The motel looks really old and dilapidated from the outside front & back, when we went inside it was dark & dingy, the floors were filthy throughout. The lady in reception was very polite & warned us we may not get a television signal in our room. She appeared to have a sore throat & could hardly talk, she told my husband 'a few of the staff were ill'! There were some sketchy people hanging around the motel & it didn't feel safe. Our room was on the first floor, no elevator so we had to lug suitcases up two flights of stairs! The door to our room was filthy, the room was disgusting, and the smell was really bad, there was a beige chair in the corner that was grubby & stained. We overheard someone say the first floor is used for the 'weekly people' - whatever that means. After checking in, we went straight back out for dinner & decided there was no way we could go back & spend the night there. We were very fortunate to find a lovely motel close by so went back to the Econo lodge & immediately checked out. We don't know about the tv signal or if it was noisy because we were only in the motel for about 10 minuets! The website photos do not reflect the real state of the motel. It's the absolute worse motel we have ever been in. We will never go back to that motel.

Rain shower what?!?!?
It was very convenient with all the shops and the places to eat but I must say I loved how the room had a rain shower!!! The staff was very friendly and it was clean.

This is a great property. We always stay here. The staff know us. Dutch wonderland on walking distance. A lot of outlets are on walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Disgusting
This hotel was VERY dirty! We booked at a different hotel down the street which turned out to be absolutely horrendous so being late and last minute we went to the Econo lodge. First upon entering the hotel smells/dirty. Once in our room 113 I right away noticed it was clean there were hairs on the bathroom floor, the paint job is pretty bad, cracks in the paint, looked for bed bugs and there were blood spots on the skirting of the box spring and when sliding the bed out the floor was disgusting. I called down to the office to let them know we seen a bed bug and there were spots that we planned to leave he offered a room upstairs but it was more disgusting than the first. We decided to leave after he was pretty rude trying to say they’ve never had bed bugs but previous reviews indicate otherwise. He said the nasty stuff on the floor was from their mopping solution and slid the bed back over it. We left they won’t refund the 180 we paid for two nights but being out 180 is a lot better than 50000 trying to fight bed bugs so I’ll take my loss. I would NOT recommend! So after driving 10 hours from Michigan we are now heading to a different city in hopes we can find a hotel to book at 2:30am!

Very disappointed at the cleanliness of the the room, chair in the room is very dingy & dirty, shower was not so clean, we were just upset that while the photos online looked like the room, it was definitely edited to appear much nicer. Online it says complimentary breakfast & there is no breakfast. We have things scheduled for morning so now we couldn't grab something & go. Definitely will not refer nor come back.

This property is in transition from good to remodeled. They could not have been more accommodating for our Granddaughter in a wheelchair. They put all three rooms on the first floor! Alicia at the front desk was just wonderful, hard working problem solver. Cheerful and very competent.

This is a nice property where there is coffee 24/7 and internet. This property is convenient close to Dutch Wonderland. The rooms are clean.
