No events/parties allowed. No smoking/drugs. No unauthorized guests.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, 3 queens and 1 king. One bed in each room. 1 Tv in each bedroom with access to your streaming services during your stay. All bedrooms are upstairs. 2 full bathrooms and ½ bathroom. House can comfortably fit 6 guests.

The in-ground pool cannot be heated, as there is no heating system available. The wooden storage shed, fenced pool equipment area, and garage will remain locked and inaccessible during your visit.

There are multiple exterior cameras located around the property. There are cameras in the front yard, front door/doorbell, backyard, garage, and both sides of house. There are no cameras inside the home for your privacy. Street cleaning is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pool maintenance is Friday and landscape maintenance is on Thursdays. Maintenance Access: Routine lawn and pool service may occur. Workers will access the property externally only via the side gate and never enter the home.
