Parvi Riversidella

Tervetuloa The Loft at Riverside -kadulle, hiljattain päivitettyyn tilaan rauhallisella alueella, erinomaisella paikalla ja lähellä Lancasterin keskustaa. Parvi on kodimme koko toinen kerros, kannen, joka johtaa sisäänkäynnin oveen, ja puoli portasettiä asuintilaan asti. Se on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on täysin varustettu keittiö, iso saari, liesi ja jääkaappi. Suuressa olohuoneessa on sohva ja kahvi- / teebaari. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode.

The place was very clean and comfortable. As for staff we didnt see anyone. It didnt have a TV, we didnt know until the day before, we had to take our shoes off at the bottom of the stairs, not horrible, it was as if we could have no noise for the tenants below. A breaker flipped in the morning when we turned on coffee maker, i alerted the landlord at 730am, we got back at 5ish and nothing was done. We needed the outlets that were connected to the bedroom for hisbands Cpap machine. Landlord didnt get back to us. So we had to go downstairs to the tenants and ask to let us in to flip the breaker. They were kind enough to let us in. I emailed landlord to say what we did and she came back with," allset the tenants fixed it" i replied i know this as it was my husband who had to fix it. Then i messaged that we would be leaving a day early due to the storm, so they could get it cleaned while roads were good, although i think i left it very clean. She replied ok no need to take bedding off, house keepers will do it. Then the original date of departure she messsages me to say everything has to be as it was when we walked in the door and safe travels. We were already home 9 hours away. The tenants below were very noisy, using power tools after 8 PM very loud, for quite a while, but we couldnt make noise. It was nice, clean and warm but there were some flaws.

The actual living quarters were clean and spacious and very well stocked with supplies. The decor was very attractive and updated. I would have given 5 stars in a heartbeat if the host would have responded to my pleas for help on our very last day there. A well forcasted winter storm made the outside second floor, steps, railing, walkways and driveway a sheet of ice. We were left to deal with a very dangerous situation on our own. The outside steps are concerning on a good day! All covered in ice along with entire handrail. No response from our host for 2 hours. Thankfully my husband and I both in our 60's managed to get ourselves down those treacherous steps and out to our car. And no the ice did not melt by the 11 o'clock departure time. What a terrible way to end a perfectly good stay. The host truly fell short here in her/his responsibilities to insure our safety. The response from the host was an apology and insuring to leave a bag of salt for the next time.

I Booked this Loft for a weekend with my Best friend to celebrate her birthday, the space was clean and cozy I liked that the owner noticed that it was 2 females staying at the loft and had black make up wash rags supplied so the white ones wouldn’t be ruined. Some down sides, there wasn’t a Tv, no wine glasses and noisy neighbors below us other than that we very much enjoyed our stay

Very cozy, beautiful place with pretty much everything you need. I love the privacy of the location. There is no television, but i was prepared with a tablet that was loaded with apps to watch movies and my favorite shows. The best was so comfortable, I slept great. Will definitely be visiting again!!!

Beautifully clean and well appointed . Kitchen could have had more utensils but overall solid good. Late night noise (talking and going in and out) from downstairs tenants but we’d stay again!!!

We would 100 percent stay here again. It was Perfect for 2 people. Home was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked, and bed was comfortable. There is absolutely nothing that I would have changed. Check-in and check-out was flawless. Communication before our stay was handled with a quick response. Every question about the area was answered in detail. 10 out of 10! We look forward to another trip back.

The apartment was just what I needed for a week of work in the area. Super clean, comfortable, and easy to access. Perfect for one person or a couple. A great kitchen to prepare my own food. Convenient to the various farms I needed to get to each day. The neighborhood felt safe and neighbors were friendly.

Clean, very nice interior. Easy check in process. I liked having the iron and the Keurig! Bed was comfy too. Only thing is communication - I sent a message right after check in to clarify about a second parking spot and never got a response, so I just parked in the road. Didn’t end up being a problem. Would come again!

Great stay!

This was a great location. The property was wonderful and close to everything. We were there for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook , but made some other awesome discoveries like the Grocery Bargain Outlet, Primanti Brothers, etc., Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely loft apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and felt just like home. The neighborhood was quiet, and the tree-lined street was just beautiful. Our host, Gideon, very accurately described everything, and was always quick to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who enjoys a quiet, relaxing place, close to many activities and restaurants, but far enough away from the busy city to be able to totally unwind and rest. The only suggestion we have is to possibly put a number on the garage side. All in all, we both say it's been our favorite place to stay. Thanks, Gideon
