”Some of the staff are very rude especially front desk Jasmine some rooms have bugs and they allow pets that are not leashed which I was frightened of when on my way to work. They do try to accommodate to switch rooms if your unhappy parking is ok but my kid car had got hit from the back while parked. Housekeeper Carmen is very nice property manager is nice.”

”We have stayed at this hotel several times. We haven't been there for about three years, and it definitely has gone downhill. The bed was really hard, the electrical outlet between the beds didn't work, the T.V. didn't work, the hot water was strange, when you turn the faucet to hot the water turns off after a few seconds hot water will come out. The soda machine was out of order, and i had to pay 25 cents for ice! Definitely won't stay again..”

”Stayed here a few nights in June, when the temperatures hit triple digits. The AC was off in my room when I arrived, meaning it was over 90 degrees inside, and it took nearly 6 hours to get it down to the mid-70s. Because I didn't arrive until 9:30 p.m., this was a problem; I hardly slept that night. Then housekeeping turned the air off every day when I left. There was no "do not disturb" sign to keep them out. The motel was otherwise acceptable, but based on this experience I will never stay...
