”What a wonderful and perfect little house for a quick getaway. Very clean and nicely decorated with tastefully upgraded bathroom and kitchen area. The owner Brent was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend this adorable little home. Great location as The Maritime Museum is just down the street and was such a nice surprise to visit. The grounds were beautiful. We also enjoyed the Deltaville Tap and Raw Bar also just down the street.”

”We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!”

”We had a wonderful stay at RivahMojo! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (screened porch, backyard and dock) with great views overlooking the water. It was a perfect place for hanging out but the location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Would definitely book again!”

”Bayside Oasis is an Oasis by the Bay! The property delivers everything the owners promised. It’s a great place for family vacations, as well as a group of friends getting together for relaxation and fun on the water. The children in our group, ages 4-10, loved the playground and pool. The property was easy to find, check-in/out was a breeze and all questions were answered in a timely manner. For many years my family and I have gone to the Outer Banks and stayed directly on the ocean or directly...

”This is a very comfortable clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s very close to some excellent restaurants and places of interest. We especially enjoyed the sunroom.”

”What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.”

”Most important thing for me when staying somewhere is it has to be clean, this place was spotless. Has all the appliances you will need and a ton of kitchen utensils. A short drive or walk for some really good eateries or some beautiful waterfront views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any and everyone. Definitely 5stars.”

”Clean house, comfy”

”I have to say that I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the house. I realize that it is a very large house, but all the same, it should have been cleaned and maintained better for a short-term rental. The owner only supplied one old bath towel and one cheap new wash clothe per guest. No hand towels were initially provided. I contacted the owner and she had towel sent very quickly. The rugs did not look vacuumed, the bathroom rugs were dirty, the shower curtains were mildewed, and...
