”This is a great 3-bedroom house that was perfect for our family of five staying there for a UK football game. The house is spacious and very nice and it's just a short walk to the football field. Seth was great and the house was well appointed with very comfy beds! Will definitely stay there again for the next trip to a UK game!”

”House was as described and in good location for football weekend. Kitchen does have an apparent ant issue so be aware of that if you are squeamish about ants. There were ants out each morning despite not having any food etc out on the counter. Overall good stay though.”

”This house is gorgeous! Beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities. The pool was warm & clean and just perfect for our family to enjoy. The grand piano was so very nice and filed the house with beautiful music during our stay. Everything we needed was there from spices to pool towels. Would highly recommend!”

”This property was close enough to everything that we wanted to visit while in Lexington, and was very clean and cozy. Has bunk beds in a room that are almost identical to the ones I had as a kid. Very nostalgic! The hosts were a pleasure also! Highly recommended. ”

”We were in Kentucky for a college tour and wanted to rent a house so we were comfortable and had enough space. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was in a great area, not far from the campus, and close to a shopping area where we were able to grab a few groceries. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be renting again if our daughter ends up at Kentucky.”
