Cocoonr invites you to discover Villa Ker Jade, in Lancieux. This beautiful family home is just 100 metres from the beach at Saint-Sieux. You'll love the comfort and light of this 200 m² villa, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The villa is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

- A pretty 70 m² living room with fireplace (wood not provided), a large sofa that can accommodate the 10 travellers. The large bay windows provide plenty of natural light and give direct access to the south-facing terrace and garden.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with a double fridge combo, all the kitchen units you need and an induction hob with integrated extractor hood.
- For TV evenings, this has a wide range of French and international channels.
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
- A separate WC.
- A beautiful master suite on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace, comprising a king-size bed (180x200), TV, dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower.

If you're coming on holiday with children, there's a cot and two chairs:
- A cot, two high chairs, a pushchair and baby plates and cutlery.

First floor:

You'll find four beautiful bedrooms, all with dressing rooms.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180x200).
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath.
- Separate WC and WC in the bathroom.

Outside :

- A 280m2 enclosed and secure garden (electric gate). It comprises a lovely south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, a garden table with chairs and a parasol.
- On the north side, you can enjoy the bowling green.

A brazier is at your disposal to make the most of this beautiful outdoors!

The inflatable kayak under the shelter is also available (the owners of the house and Cocoonr disclaim all liability for injury, material damage and/or bodily harm caused or suffered, in case of theft or loss of property and for any other physical damage during the activity).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in very pleasant surroundings. Lancieux is just 5 minutes' drive from the neighbouring village of Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire. You'll be able to take advantage of a wide range of activities, including the Dinard golf course (Saint-Briac), lovely walks along the Gr34, markets and local produce, and a host of water sports...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park one or two vehicles in the driveway. There is free parking outside in front of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: St Malo 17.5 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes 68 km away

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €25. Please leave the premises clean before you leave, in particular by picking up animal droppings and hair. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from your deposit.
- There are two exterior cameras: one that monitors the outside entrance (from the electric gate) and another that monitors the terrace and the main entrance door to the accommodation.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. If you prefer, you can choose to arrive on your own, an option available at the time of booking.
