”We always have a wonderful experience at this hotel. We have been coming for 5 years and it’s always wonderful. Mickey at the breakfast makes our stay even more amazing. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is always there to help out with the kids and get us whatever we need. ”

”Honestly this was a great place. The staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. I don't have a bad thing to note. The room was clean and comfortable. The exterior does leave one to wonder what they might have gotten into but we were pleasantly surprised. Continental breakfast was a great freebie! 5 stars”

”Once we found the hotel it was excellent. Using maps to get there we were directed to a different hotel. After speaking with staff we made it to the correct location but the name on the hotel had changed to the Double Tree by Hilton. The hotel was newly renovated, beautifully clean and the staff were excellent! Highly recommended. ”

”Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. ”Fabulous breakfast and hospitality”

”Central location near down town kelowna. Only minor complaint is, the beds were softer than I perfer. Nice and safe underground parking, helpful staff, good breakfast options.”

”All staff interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and parking was well lit and convenient. The outdoor lounging area was clean and although the fountain feature was not running yet, it looks to be soothing.”
