”Kアリーナのフェスに参加するために宿泊しました。ライブ終了後、規制退場になりましたがホテル入口付近にいるスタッフにルームキーを提示し、間から出てホテルに戻ることが出来ました。Kアリーナを利用する人にとってはとても便利な立地です。部屋が会場側だったこともあり、フェスが終了してから暫くは会場のスタッフアナウンスがよく聞こえました。22時頃には静かになっていたこともあり、就寝時には気になりませんでした。 ヘアアイロンの貸し出しもあり、助かりました。また縁があれば利用したいと思います。”

”This new hotel is outstanding in every way. We loved the waterfront location near Chinatown and the Marine Tower. The staff is excellent and took great care of us. The room was large and well equipped with amenities. The hotel is very convenient to the subway. ”

”Incredible stay - the room was gorgeous, big, clean. The breakfast was delicious and the spread was extensive. It was close to Pacifico Yokohama for our conference, within walking distance. Also within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. I would return.”

”Hotel is very nice, right next to the train station and a shopping center. Rooms are not that big, but the view is nice. If you have a room with a view to the Tokyo bay, it’s nice. If you have a city view you can see Mt. Fuji in the distance told the weather is clear. Overall, a nice hotel with a very reasonable price.”

”Excellent service, quick check in. Let us leave our bags when we arrived in the morning so we could shop. View of harbour is beautiful. Close to Cosmo World, train station, World Porters, Cup Noodle Museum. The room I had was dated and smelled like smoke, but very clean.”

”Habitación limpia y tranquila, es pequeña, pero deja sufiente espacio. El hotel esta cerca de medios de transporte. Servicios de café y refrescos hasta la medianoche en el lobby común. El baño estaba limpio y amplio, el personal bien, se contradecian cuando daban información de un turno a otro, no se si era el idioma. ”

”Room was very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a good nights rest. The staff helped us secure two extra nights due to our cruise ship embarkation delay caused by Typhoon Halong. They were also very helpful when my wife got locked out of her luggage due to a faulty TSA lock.”

”We booked a twin deluxe room so we had more space which was much appreciated. Room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is across the road from the station. Exit 7 or 8. The breakfast was quite good. A couple of things I didn’t like but overall good. The area is perfect location to see everything. ”
